I decided to rent out my home, but wanted to do some upgrades before my tenant moved in. I called Lifetime Homes and Renovations to retile my kitchen. I found out the previous owner tiled over tile twice and I also had rotted wood on top of that. Without missing a beat, Phil, the owner, looked at the condition of the floor and walked me through, in detail, what needed to be done and why to repair the floor. He gave me an estimate of how much it would cost for the whole job including materials.  (I decided to buy the materials myself and he was spot on with the pricing)

I was so happy with the job done, I called them back a couple weeks later to redo my bathroom and repaint my home. They do phenomenal work and I highly recommend them for any upgrade or repair you need done. His pricing is more than fair and you won’t be sorry.
